This Winchester manufactured first variation 17 ring walnut action slide handle (forearm) is for the early model 1897 slide action shotgun in 12 gauge with the early variation action slide. This forearm is in very good condition having light dings, handling marks and a short 1" long crack at the front which is fairly sound.  (file photo)
